These videos provide a walk through and explanation of some problems in my advanced accounting book. Book: Advanced Accounting 9th edition Authors: Hoyle, Schaefer, Doupnik Publisher: Mcgraw-Hill / Irwin Chapter 4 "Consolidated Financial Statements and Outside Ownership" Problems 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 (page 183) Notes on series: Video 1: This video explains the format of the problems and what goes on in my head when I'm presented with them. Video 2: Answers problem 15 and 16 Video 3: Answers problems 17-19 very quickly (I might not post this one, idk) I didn't really do that good of a job and I'm not going back to redo it (although I'd kind of like to) since the exam ended a couple hours ago for this material. I'm just going to take what I learned from making this vid and see if the next one I do goes smoother (it should, I figured out all the mp4 encoding and uploading junk finally). About the production... I made this with 100% free software. Hardware: I used a pretty decent microphone (Shure beta 57A) Software: Camstudio - records the computer and the mic SolveigMM AVI Trimmer - I did the editing with this... lol ...
